HEDGE TRIMMING
All heights, widths and lengths of hedge trimming undertaken. Hedges can be lowered or shortened to allow light into your garden as well as making them manageable for the future.
If overgrown, we will advise on quotation on how far back certain species are able to be trimmed.

Mark started his career in Leicestershire working as a sub-contracted climber and groundsman. Established in 2003, Mark Whatley Tree Services Ltd. has been working in Chesterfield and surrounding areas for new customers and regular customers. With a substantial returning customer base, all work is completed professionally by fully qualified staff in accordance with BS3998.
SERVICES
STUMP GRINDING
All sizes of stumps can be taken to below ground level. Our narrow-access grinder is able to grind a stump in almost any location.
Barriers are used to protect glass and cars from debris. Excessive waste is removed and the area is left tidy
PRUNING
From an overgrown fruit tree, to a reduction and shape of a smaller tree. All work is completed to maintain the health of the tree and maintain the crown.

SHAPING
Trees, shrubs and hedges can be shaped to your requirements to keep your decorative plants under control.

FELLING / TAKE DOWN
The take-down of a tree is not always simple. Our specially trained staff are able to dismantle the tree in a safe way to minimise damage to your property.
All waste is removed and the area is left tidy. Timber can be removed too but also left in manageable sizes if required.
REDUCING
Large or small trees can be thinned and reduced to allow light and to be kept at a manageable size.
Work can be carried out on tree with a TPO (Tree Preservation Order) to the permissions granted by the local council. We are able to request work permissions for you but note that it is an offence to carry out works without permission.

LOGS / FIREWOOD
Naturally seasoned and split firewood is available in the following sizes by volume:
- Bag (approx 1m³)
- Half load (approx 2.5m³)
- Full load (approx 4m³)
These are produced to order and are delivered.
